Creation of a connected object.
The challenge
After a programming training week, the exercice is to create a connected objet of our choice. The objet and the code should be entirely designed by us.
Our subject
Contraceptive pill is the most popular contraception with young girl. It can be a real stress for this girl, because they have to assume it alone, in addition to the side effects. Pregnancy, however, includes two people with equal responsibilities. The man also suffers the consequences of this one-way contraception. He has to trust the girl, and it can be really stressful, particulary for young people.
How to allows men to be more invested in their couple contraception ?
Girl
Ovule is a contraceptive pillbox which allows the man to best participate in the contraception. Each part of the couple as an egg, the one of the woman contains pills. For the drug to be taken, man and woman have to interact with their egg, which also create an interaction between them.
Our concept
I open the egg and it turns off. A pill drops. I take my pill and I close it.
Boy
I hear the alarm and the egg turns purple
My egg goes purple to tell me that the egg of my boyfriend ring.
My egg is of, my girlfriend took her pill. I'm reassured.
The egg rings and the egg turns blue, which means that it is open.
I touch the top of the egg to open the egg of my girlfriend
My egg turns blue as long as my girlfriend didn't take his pill.
We have to finish the code to make the opening and the closing automatic . We also to make a short film to show our object in real life situation. To finish we would like to do a photo shoot with a couple and our product.
